Requisitos:

• College degree in Engineering, Administration, Economy, Math and related courses;

• Advanced in English ;

• Demonstrated proficiency in production plan, inventory management, with an understanding of integrated supply chain management concepts;

• Interface with different areas (sales, production, customer service, etc.);

• Microsoft Office package, with advanced knowledge in excel;

• Production planning and scheduling IT systems is desirable.

Propósito da Posição:

• This Production Planning position is responsible for all activities related to production and inventory planning, requiring end to end supply chain perspective.

• The planner must understand the demand variations and impacts on production and inventory to meet expected client service level, plant utilization and operations costs. 

• This position requires supply chain expertise, analytical profile, good presentation and communication skills to lead alignments between sales, production, logistics and supply teams.

• It is expected to identify and implement improvements in the supply and production planning processes to give better and anticipated visibility of deviations and allow better decision making of management team.

Responsabilidades:

 • Be responsible for the construction and monitoring the MPS (Master Planning Schedule).

Understand the demand forecasts in multiple levels of aggregation, considering clients and product perspectives.

Distribute the production plan between different plants and production lines according to demand, considering operational constraints, scheduling strategies, client and product prioritization.

Align production plan with other plants production planners.

Plan and analyze the supply requirements, identifying potential risks on the production plan.

Analyze impacts on the inventory of raw material and finished goods.

Analyze financial impacts with different supply and production alternatives.

Deploy production plan to production scheduling team

• Integrate with other plants planners and create alternatives to meet the demand plan.

• Identify bottlenecks in the production, consolidate analysis and align with demand and production teams alternatives to meet the plan.

• Analyze the inventory, developing KPIs and suggesting action plans.

• Establish strong communication with production team to align production plan, potential deviations and priorities.

• Generate regular reports with KPIs and analysis and communicate to the organization.

• Act as the interface between production,  sales, logistics and customer service to provide visibility of sales orders fulfilment, production plan and potential impacts in delivery schedule.

• Align the plan, risks and opportunities with management team, providing analysis and recommendations for better decision making.

• Analyze financial impacts with deviations of the supply and production plan.

• Identify and implement improvements in the supply planning process, including processes, KPI and IT enhancements.

• Be technical reference and provide direction to other planning team.
