VAGA - PROJECT ENGINEER II (Castro /PR)

WORK OBJECTIVE:

• The Project Engineer will plan, develop and implement industrial engineering projects unfolding from the Cargill strategy for our business units. We are looking for a dynamic professional to structure and develop projects, applying engineering and project management procedures, respecting all our organizational values.

SUMMARY SCOPE:

• Management and implementation of Brownfields multidisciplinary capital projects;

• Elaboration of integrated project planning;

• Management and development of engineering projects;

• Stakeholder management, ensuring correct interface with affected areas;

• Ensuring that projects are developed and implemented within the indicators established for the fiscal year;

• Management of field activities associated with project implementation, with supervision of contracts with outsourced engineering and implementation companies;

• Monitoring of project indicators and proposing the treatment of deviations;

• Coordinate the implementation of cost efficiency projects focused on the company's strategic initiatives;

• Strengthen effective communication in projects, reinforcing good alignments between different stakeholders;

• Ensuring that projects are developed and implemented respecting the company's engineering and safety standards;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical and related engineering;

• Solid experience in managing and implementing engineering projects;

• Knowledge of MS Project and Oracle Primavera planning software;

• Knowledge of autocad, solidworks and related software;

• Knowledge of BIM methodology;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies applied in engineering projects;

• Intermediary English
